I’ve had such a great experience at Flow Miami, and I want to highlight the Assistant General Manager. He’s been incredibly accommodating since my move-in and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Every interaction has been professional, prompt, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find someone who consistently makes the living experience feel seamless, and I really appreciate all of his support. Thank you Adrian and team! Highly recommend! ✨

This is the place that makes you feel at home.Adrian always welcomes us and my customers that are moving to Miami. He is kind and very knowledgeable not only about the building but also about the area. He is quick to respond and even helped out fill application and explain all in Spanish to my customers. Loved living here. The building is beautiful and being in the heart of Miami is a perfect location. The employees are the nicest people and make you feel right at home. The amenities are awesome, the gym is easily the best in town and the cold plunge is a huge plus. Fun community. Highly recommend.

Adrian has been extremely professional and helpful since day one. He’s a very nice guy, always approachable, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made the entire process smooth and easy. His professionalism and positive attitude really stand out it’s been a pleasure dealing with him, definitely deserves a raise in my eyes!

We lived there for three years and had a great experience. The amenities are absolutely amazing the gym is probably the best in Miami, even compared to the most famous ones. The apartments and views are beautiful, and the staff is very kind and helpful. Adrian, in particular, is extremely helpful and nice. As a plus The maintenance team is available 24/7. I would totally recommend it.

Flow Miami was an excellent venue and partner for our recent Miami Founders & Professionals (MFP) gathering. The Flow Station space was welcoming, well-designed, and perfect for bringing people together. The entire experience felt intentional and community-focused, not like a typical event venue. A special thank you to Olivia (Experience Manager) and Carlos (Community Manager), who were incredibly supportive throughout planning and execution. Their attention to detail and genuine care made everything run smoothly. The refreshments were well organized, the atmosphere was comfortable, and our guests left impressed. As a resident of Flow Miami, I can confidently say the idea of community living here is real and well executed. Highly recommended for anyone looking to host meaningful, community-driven events in Miami. Gaius for MFP MIAMI.

Olivia is truly incredible and such an asset to our building. The events she hosts are always so thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed. From the detailed décor to all the little touches she includes, you can tell she puts genuine care and effort into making each event special for the residents. What stands out the most is how hands-on she is! Olivia is constantly jumping up to help residents, making sure everyone feels welcomed and taken care of. Her energy and kindness create such a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes people want to come together and enjoy the community. She’s also a lifesaver when it comes to helping coordinate packages and deliveries, always ready to assist residents whenever needed. Thanks to Olivia, the events here don’t just feel like typical building gatherings—they feel memorable and meaningful. She truly goes above and beyond, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.

I took a tour at Flow Miami Apartments and was really impressed. The design, the atmosphere, and the team were all amazing. Everything felt clean, modern, and well organized. Definitely one of the nicest properties I’ve seen in Miami. Highly recommend checking it out!

Lived here for 3+ years. One of the greatest apartments I've ever lived in. Location is unbeatable, in the center of Miami with a Upscale shopping center literally across the block, Kaseya Center 3 blocks away, and 5 min drive to all hotspots of Miami, Brickell, South beach, and Wynwood. On top of that the Building does what almost no other building in Miami does, and that's build a community. Some of the most friendliest people that I've had the pleasure of being around, all young professionals. On top of the non-stop events like Farmers markets, yoga & fitness events, run clubs, bbqing, games and more. This is the building that goes all out. With all that being said I want to give one of the biggest shoutouts to a Member of Flow team whose one of the few who's been here longer than I have, and I wouldn't probably still be living here if it weren't for this person, Adrian Torres. Dude is a non-stop workaholic and never stops in making sure that his residents are happy and satisfied. If anyone has an issue they go to Adrian, because they know they're problems will be solved without any worries. The whole Flow staff absolutely brings an energy not seen in any building in Miami that I've been in, in my 10+ years here, but Adrian sticks out as someone who absolutely elevates the energy and fun at Flow more than anyone else. Also the pool and gym is out of this world.

I’m very happy living at Flow Miami and truly enjoying the experience here. I want to give a special shout-out to Adrian Torres — he is absolutely the best. No matter what I need, big or small, he is always there to help right away. When I needed to change apartments or had any issues in my unit, he made everything smooth and stress-free. He genuinely cares, and he always makes sure I’m comfortable and happy. It really feels like someone has your back — like family. I’m very grateful we have Adrian in our building, and I highly recommend him to anyone considering living here. He makes the whole experience exceptional.🫶🏻
